Its a beautiful day

Last week, I lost 3 and 1/2 lbs… not sure how.  i guess eating chicken and going to the gym really do work

This week, Jamie Percy is joining my gym. Now I have a work out buddy THIS IS AMAZING

And today specifically has just been wonderful!
